QUALIFICATIONS

Our support workers are required to hold or be working towards a minimum level 3 qualification in health and social care. Our staff have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to provide the highest level of care for our residents. We regularly review qualifications and training to ensure that our staff are always up to date with the latest standards and best practices. We are committed to providing the best possible support for our residents and our staff qualifications are a reflection of this.

SKILLS

We look for staff who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and who have a real passion for helping others. We also ensure that all our staff are committed to ongoing professional development and have a commitment to delivering an engaging and dynamic experience.

We follow safer recruitment practices and all staff are required to provide reference and complete an enhanced DBS check.
 

Support Group

TRAINING

We take staff training very seriously. Our staff receive regular refresher training to ensure they are up to date with the latest regulations, and are equipped to provide the best support for our residents. We also provide induction training including subjects such as, health and safety, GDPR, positive behaviour support and safeguarding to ensure our residents' rights and safety are respected. Finally, we provide regular supervisions to our staff to monitor their performance and to provide feedback, support and guidance.
